The only way to guarantee fit is to bring your old one in and compare it. AutoZone, for example, listed the sensor for our '00 as OEM-style but it didn't match-up. This is even an issue at the major parts chains. They may look the same in a photo but you may find after you get it that the mounting holes / screws don't line up making it unusable. Hope it works for you but be careful with low priced or generic MAF sensors. Posted: Tue 4:30 pm Post subject: Re: P0174 CEL code with no symptoms I replaced this sensor only 30K miles ago but I regrettably used the Bosch " OEM replacement part", which did not match the actual Denso OEM part as closely as I expected.

If the MAF replacement does not solve the problem, I will probably replace the Bank 2 pre-cat O2 sensor with an OEM Denso part that I found on Amazon for $40 net. I will report on my experience with the purchase and installation (which should be easy). At this point, I am leaning toward replacing the MAF sensor since I found a new one (AC Delco 213-3426) at a very good price ($50 net) on ebay and the MAF has never been replaced in my MPV ( 105K miles/8 years).

My DW is the principal driver of the vehicle so I have not been able to monitor its behavior as closely as I would like. The MAF sensor cleaning appeared to cure the problem for perhaps 200- 300 miles, but I just erased a new P0174 code a few hours ago. I have cleaned the MAF sensor, tightened (and perhaps overtightened) my intake manifold bolts, run Redline Sl-1 fuel cleaner through the fuel system (to clean fuel injectors), and searched for vacuum leaks by spraying carburetor cleaner on potential leak sites-all to no avail. My 2003 MPV has sporadically been posting P0174 CEL codes (mixture too lean at the Bank II pre-cat O2 sensor) for the past month, but there have been no other symptoms of an engine problem.
